Tuesday nights from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM for the Governor’s Hit Factor Match—a fast-paced, action-packed shooting sports event that puts your speed and accuracy to the test. Utilizing hit factor scoring (points divided by time), competitors race against the clock to complete dynamic stages while maximizing their score.

The local Tier 1 IDPA match is held on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 6:00–8:00 PM and features 3–4 stages with approximately 75–100 rounds. Check-in runs from 5:15–5:45 PM followed by a safety briefing before the match begins.

Test your handgun skills in a low-light environment during this fast-paced, 4-stage competition. Held every 2nd Wednesday at Governor’s Gun Club Kennesaw, this match is perfect for sharpening your defensive shooting under pressure. Lights are encouraged, both handheld and mounted.

HitFactor Training Match is a training-focused match held every Friday from 6:00–8:00 PM, designed to help shooters improve through repetition and feedback. The match uses Hit Factor scoring, allows pistols and PCCs, and features two courses of fire run multiple times so shooters can correct mistakes and track progress. This is a low-pressure environment that bridges practice and competition. No pre-registration required—just show up and shoot.

The GSSF Indoor Series is a fun and accessible Glock-only competition held entirely on indoor ranges. Shooters engage fixed paper targets from set distances, focusing on accuracy and consistency over speed. With no movement or holster draws required, it’s a great way for both new and experienced shooters to test their marksmanship in a safe, controlled environment. All skill levels welcome — bring your Glock and join the competition.

The Governors Gun Club Shotgun League is open to the public and welcomes shooters of all ages and skill levels—from beginners to seasoned competitors. Membership isn’t required, but club members enjoy exclusive discounts!

The Atlas Group hosts a PCSL 2-Gun match at GGC on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays each month from 6:30–8:30 PM, featuring 2–3 stages and 60–80 combined rifle and pistol rounds. The 3rd Thursday is a low-light match requiring flashlights (NODs welcome), and all rifles must use a chamber flag and be dumped cleared on safe.
