GGC Axe Throwing: Fall/Winter League (public announcement) The fall/winter league of GGC will begin soon at which time we will be answering any and all questions and go over all rules and regulations. The league will run 8 weeks with the 8th week serving as the final tournament. The league banquet will be announced for a time after the end of the league. Throwers will be allowed to arrive one hour before scoring begins to warm up. This will be a first come first serve league. The first 10 who sign up either in store or online will secure their spot on the league. All others will be placed on a wait list until a spot becomes available. If you try to pay for league via the link provided on our website and cannot, then the league limit has been reached. Governors Operations Manager, Josette at  josette@20.115.17.201 to be placed on the wait list. You will be placed on the wait list in the order the email is received.

The seven weeks leading to the tournament will be scored. The scores accumulated from those weeks will affect your seeding in the final bracket for the tournament. In order for you to compete in the tournament, you must have completed all previous matches, whether on time or make up throws.

All guidelines pertaining to personal use axes (weights, lengths, etc.) and procedure of play will be provided to each registered competitor at the first night of league. The first night of league is the only mandatory night of the season except the tournament. If you can not make the first night for an extenuating circumstance, you will not be allowed to throw until the judge goes over league rules, checks your equipment and approves it for use.

Due to limited space, spectators will be allowed to watch as long as there is enough room for the competitors and the presiding judge(s). If the space is too crowded, for the safety of competitors and spectators alike, the judge may ask for spectators to temporarily move to another location of the range.

We reserve the right to deny or remove throwers and/or spectators at any time from the league.
