GSSF Match

Experience the excitement of the GSSF (Glock Shooting Sport Foundation) Indoor Match, proudly hosted by Governors Gun Club. This thrilling event spans a 3-week period, consisting of three matches that will put your skills to the test. To qualify for coveted plaques and prizes, participants are encouraged to compete in at least two out of the three matches.

Every pistol used during the match will be treated as a separate entry, allowing you to showcase your proficiency with Glock firearms. At the end of the 3-match series, we employ a fair and accurate scoring system. Your two highest scores for each entry will be added together and then averaged, culminating in one final score. Should you participate in only two matches, your scores for each entry will be totaled and divided by two. However, if you rise to the challenge and compete in all three matches, we’ll consider your best two scores for each entry, totaling them before dividing them by two.

The culmination of these calculations reveals the overall order in which participants finished. We proudly divide this list into three esteemed categories. The top one-third secures their place in the prestigious “A Class,” representing the epitome of skill. The second one-third finds themselves in the esteemed “B Class,” recognized for their remarkable abilities. Finally, the remaining one-third proudly holds the distinction of “C Class,” exemplifying the spirit of friendly competition.

In recognition of their outstanding performance, plaques await the top competitor in each class, as well as the chance to win a brand new Glock pistol, symbolizing their accomplishment and dedication to the sport.
