Cancellation Window (Credit Only — No Refunds)

• 72+ Hours Before Event:
  Members may cancel their event reservation up to 72 hours (3 days) before the event start time and receive a full credit toward a future event. No refunds are issued.
• 72–24 Hours Before Event:
  Cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours of the event window are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future event.
• Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show:
  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event—or no-shows—are not eligible for credit.
