Governors IDPA Match

The International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA) is the governing body of a shooting sport that simulates self-defense scenarios and real life encounters. It was founded in 1996 as a response to the desires of shooters worldwide. The organization now boasts membership of more than 23,000, including members in 75 foreign countries. IDPA offers an exciting forum for practical shooters in which truly practical equipment, techniques and courses of fire are mandated.

• 4th Thursday each month – 1st match is January 28, 2026
• 3 or 4 stages, approx.. 75-100 rounds
• Setup and registration 5:15 – 5:45 PM
• Safety Briefing 5:45 – 6:00 PM
• Match stages 6:00 – 8:00 PM

Entry Fees:  Public $20, GGC Members $15
